Is it too small?

The word 'it' refers to canteen generally in Singapore. So is it really too small? The answer is yes. For example is canteen at NAFA Campus 1. My campus canteen is too small for the big number of students there. The seats inside the canteen is only available for about 25 people only. There are more seats outside the canteen for about 100 people. But sometime eating outside is not too comfortable due to the weather and there are some birds that perch on the tables.

Outdoor seating area

These pictures are taken by me on tutorial week, therefore the canteen is empty. According to my observation, the most crowded time is lunch time at 12 and 1. During that time, there will be a long queue and sometime they queue up outside the canteen. I think the problem is on the cashier, the payment process is very slow because the staff has to count the price manually and the costumer also very slow in doing the payment. I do not like to queue when I am hungry or when I am in rush. Besides that, it is also difficult to find seats inside the canteen during the peak hour, even sometime the outdoor area is also full. It is really not comfortable for me as student and I expect a better canteen at the school.
